Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager
Location: Irving, Texas
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Salary: $63/hour with a 10-25% bonus
Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor's degree in HR. Business, Finance, or related field
- 5-7 years of progressive compensation and benefits experience
- CEBS, CCP, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR certification required (any one of the above)
- Strong knowledge of compensation methodologies and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing benefits vendors and broker relationships
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP Success Factors, ADP)
We are seeking a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager to design, implement, and manage our benefits and compensation programs. This role partners with HR leadership and business leaders to ensure our total rewards strategy attracts, retains, and motivates top talent while remaining competitive, compliant, and cost-effective.
- Oversee benefits vendor management and annual open enrollment
- Design, implement, and manage. base pay, incentive, and bonus programs while supporting annual compensation planning cycles and pay equity audits
- Oversee leave of absence programs including compliance and carrier coordination
- Partner with HR Operations on worker's compensation case alignment
- Develop total rewards strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead or support cross-functional HR projects and initiatives as assigned (e.g.. HR Operations. system implementations, compensation structure redesigns, benefits plan overhauls, total rewards integration)
- Partner with HR leadership on special initiatives requiring compensation and benefits expertise
