Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end administration of the employee engagement survey, including survey setup, distribution, data analysis, and reporting.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to translate engagement survey results into actionable insights that drive cultural and organizational improvements.
- Coordinate the performance management process, including goal-setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, and continuous feedback cycles.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and leaders on performance management best practices, system navigation, and process timelines.
- Support the execution of talent review and succession planning processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and leadership priorities.
- Assist in the design and implementation of talent development frameworks that foster career growth and internal mobility.
- Leverage Workday and other HR systems to track talent data, generate reports, and provide insights on talent pipelines and workforce trends.
- Collaborate with HR Analytics Lead and HR Business Partners and leadership to integrate representation and equity considerations into talent processes, including performance management and succession planning.
- Ensure that talent programs are designed with inclusivity and equitable access in mind.
- Generate reports and dashboards from Workday and other sources to provide HR and business leaders with key insights on engagement, performance, and talent metrics.
- 3+ years of experience in talent management, employee engagement, performance management, or a related HR function.
- Experience administering HR processes in Workday HRIS is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across HR functions and with business leaders.
- Experience supporting representation and equity efforts within talent management processes is a plus.
