Pay rate: $30 / hr

How will you make an impact?

Responsibilities

• Support Envoy's hiring goals through a 6-month contract assignment
  , developing sourcing strategies and building candidate pipelines for key positions.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer facilitation during the contract period.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience while ensuring timely communication throughout the recruiting process.
• Post and manage internal and external job requisitions, review applications, and identify top talent to meet hiring demands.
• Partner with the Recruitment Coordinator to schedule interviews and ensure successful completion of pre-employment requirements for selected candidates.
• Represent Envoy at hiring events, career fairs, and other recruiting initiatives as needed throughout the six-month engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, recruiting procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Assist with recruiting-related administrative duties, reporting, and departmental projects to support Talent Acquisition operations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, business partners, and the Talent Acquisition team to support short-term hiring and retention initiatives.
• Thrive in a metrics-driven environment, focusing on time-to-fill, quality of hire, and recruiting performance metrics during the contract assignment.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
• Proven work experience building constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to travel frequently; travel may fluctuate due to hiring needs
• Possess the legal right to work in the United States

Position Preferences

• Recruiting experience highly desired; experience recruiting for high-volume, entry level positions through management-level positions a plus
• Familiarity of more than one applicant tracking system, i.e. iCIMS
• Familiarity of Share Point
• Airline industry experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Sabre (passenger service system) a plus
