If you understand the skilled trades market and know how to engage electricians, welders, pipe fitters, plumbers, HVAC technicians, mechanics, carpenters, millwrights, equipment operators, maintenance technicians, and other skilled professionals
, we want to connect with you.

We’re looking for recruiters who can identify great people, not just great resumes.

• Recruit, source, screen, and qualify skilled trades professionals
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Use Linked In, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other sourcing strategies
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess skills, experience, availability, and overall fit
• Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the recruiting and placement process
• Partner with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and candidate needs
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, background checks, drug screens, references, and other pre-employment requirements
• Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, interviews, placements, and key metrics within the ATS
• Manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment
• Build long-term relationships with skilled trades professionals and develop a reliable talent network

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
  , preferably in staffing skilled trades, or construction
• Strong understanding of the skilled trades labor market
• Proven ability to source and engage active and passive candidates
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple job orders and priorities
• Comfort working in a metric-driven, fast-paced environment
• Experience with an ATS, CRM, or recruiting platform
• Strong sense of urgency and commitment to meeting recruiting goals
