Recruiting Coordinator 2
Location: Irving, TX (Onsite 5 Days/Week)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Pay Rate: Up to $26/hr
Start Date: October 12, 2026
Our client, Caterpillar, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruiting Coordinator 2 to support Talent Acquisition operations and the full recruitment lifecycle. This role will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience while supporting high-volume recruiting efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
- Communicate interview details to candidates and hiring teams.
- Support recruiting activities across recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers.
- Track and coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and onboarding requirements.
- Manage offer letters, employment documentation, and onboarding paperwork.
- Maintain and update recruitment systems such as Workday, Taleo, People Soft, and other HR platforms.
- Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, procedures, and service level expectations.
- Provide administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- 3-4 years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, or HR experience.
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and web-based recruiting applications.
- High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Workday Recruiting.
- Experience in recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition operations.
- Calendar management and interview scheduling experience.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or production recruiting environments.
