The Senior Recruiting Specialist - Corporate is responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for professional, technical, and corporate positions across multiple business functions. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager – Global Programs, this role serves as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers and senior business leaders, supporting both experienced hiring and the creation of new organizational capabilities.
This position requires a highly organized recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is comfortable managing confidential and strategic searches while simultaneously supporting enterprise hiring initiatives. The successful candidate will develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, facilitate structured interview processes, oversee offer negotiations, coordinate onboarding activities, and partner with Compensation, HRIS, and HR Business Partners to establish new positions and organizational structures within SAP Success Factors.
Responsibilities- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for corporate, technical, professional, and leadership positions across multiple business functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HR Business Partners to understand organizational needs, workforce planning, and long‑term talent strategies.
- Conduct intake meetings and create structured interview guides and selection criteria that support consistent and effective hiring decisions.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies using Linked In Recruiter, professional associations, industry networks, referrals, and other recruiting platforms to identify passive and active talent.
- Assist with highly confidential searches while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Manage candidate communications, interview scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and offer processes to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Partner with Compensation and HRIS to create new job profiles, position IDs (PIDs), organizational structures, and requisitions within SAP Success Factors for newly established positions.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for domestic new hires, including pre‑employment requirements, onboarding documentation, equipment requests, and visa/work authorization processing for North America where applicable.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, Payroll, and business leaders to ensure new hires have the resources necessary for a successful start.
- Support enterprise recruiting initiatives, leadership development programs, internship and graduate programs, succession planning efforts, and other strategic talent acquisition projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of full lifecycle recruiting experience supporting corporate, professional, technical, or executive‑level hiring.
- Experience recruiting across multiple corporate disciplines including Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Procurement, Operations Support, or similar functions.
