The PositionNMS Group is embarking on an enterprise-wide Finance and data transformation across ERP, EPM, HRIS, procurement, operations, and reporting platforms. We are building a modern, unified, automated ecosystem that seamlessly connects Workday, D365, Coupa, Concur, One Stream, and Power BI.
We are seeking an Enterprise Data & Architecture Transformation Lead
— a senior, executive-level data leader with deep expertise in enterprise data architecture, data strategy, and financial systems transformation. This role will own the enterprise data model, rebuild foundational structures such as the chart of accounts and legal entity hierarchy, and design the data pipelines that power mission-critical reporting and analytics.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building the data foundation upon which the company will scale.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Data Strategy & Architecture
- Design and own the enterprise data model across Finance, HR, Procurement, AP, FP&A, Operations, and Reporting.
- Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise data strategy and roadmap.
- Establish and maintain dimensional models, master data domains, and global hierarchies.
- Rebuild the chart of accounts, legal entity hierarchy, and financial dimensions to support scalable reporting.
- Lead the design and implementation of automated data pipelines and integrations across. For example:
- Coupa, Concur, and other operational systems
- Oversee data sourcing, ingestion, processing, provisioning, and consumption.
- Ensure data flows operate reliably and support real-time reporting needs.
Governance, Controls & Quality
- Own the enterprise data governance framework, including:
- Data definitions and dictionaries
- Global mapping rules and validation rules
- Data lineage and traceability
- Access controls, quality standards, and security requirements
- Lead remediation of legacy design flaws, inconsistent mappings, and system misconfigurations.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Finance, FP&A, ERP, HR, Procurement, PMO, and IT Engineering to ensure system alignment and integration readiness.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations for non-technical leaders.
- Serve as the enterprise-wide data authority during the company’s Finance and systems transformation.

- A scalable data warehouse (Snowflake, Azure SQL, or similar) feeding analytics and forecasting.
- A consistent master-data model across Finance, HR, and Operations.
- 99%+ data accuracy across all reporting layers.
- Elimination of manual reconciliations and spreadsheet-driven processes.
- A stable data foundation enabling rapid growth and informed decision-making.
- 20+ years of experience in data architecture, enterprise architecture, data engineering, or financial systems transformation.
- Proven experience leading enterprise data strategy in conjunction with large-scale ERP or EPM transformations.
- Deep familiarity with D365, One Stream, Workday, Coupa, Power BI, and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure).
