Overview
Help Desk Analyst (Remote | Contract-to-Hire)
Who You Are- A+ certified (required)
- At least 1 year of experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT Support role
- Comfortable troubleshooting a wide range of technology — PCs, laptops, iOS & Android phones, network printers
- Familiar with enterprise environments and ticketing systems (Service Now experience is a plus)
- Strong communicator who can explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
- Fast and accurate typist (40+ WPM)
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal employees only
- Handle inbound calls and help desk tickets via phone, Teams, and email
- Troubleshoot Windows 11 devices, mobile phones, printers, and basic network issues
- Support mobile device management using Intune / Entra
- Document issues clearly and escalate when appropriate

CompensationCompensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
