We’re seeking a tech-savvy Database Administrator & Zoho Platform Specialist to join our client-facing team in Irving, TX. This is a contract opportunity (3-6 months) where you’ll make an immediate impact by streamlining data integrity and driving platform performance within a Zoho-based environment.

You’ll be the go-to expert for all things Zoho — optimizing workflows, untangling integration issues, and ensuring system stability across finance, operations, and compliance. If you're a problem-solver who thrives in a high-ownership role, this is your chance to lead key digital initiatives from the inside.

• Maintain accurate, normalized, and secure organizational data (e.g., membership, property, assessments, compliance, communication).
• Enforce standards around validation rules, deduplication, and access control.
• Conduct regular data-quality reviews and lead cleanup or remediation tasks.
• Oversee data imports, exports, migrations, and long-term data archiving.
• Administer and configure core Zoho apps: CRM, Books, Desk, Creator, Analytics, Flow, Forms.
• Build and optimize workflows, automations, and custom scripts (Deluge).
• Troubleshoot errors, resolve sync issues, and drive system stability.
• Manage role-based access, user permissions, and platform security.

• Design and support integrations between Zoho and third-party platforms (e.g., payment systems, communication tools, file storage).
• Automate business-critical workflows such as onboarding, compliance tracking, and service requests.
• Monitor and maintain automation health across all systems.

• Serve as Tier-2/3 support for Zoho issues and data integrity questions.
• Train internal users on platform functionality, updates, and best practices.
• Maintain thorough documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and user guides.
