• Review property inspection photos and data to ensure accuracy.
• Guide customers step-by-step through virtual home inspections.
• Help homeowners and contractors set up and use our apps and smart devices.
• Troubleshoot issues like WiFi connectivity, device pairing, or app alerts.
• Provide friendly, professional support via phone, email, and text.
• Document customer interactions to help improve our products and services.

• At least 1 year of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first mindset with a positive, proactive attitude.
