Job Location: 6021 Connection Drive, Irving, TX 75039. Required to work from Company Office (Irving, TX) certain days per week. Telecommuting allowed for balance of week.

Job Type: Full Time

• Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs.
• Perform health checks on Reporting Portals to ensure functionality for end users and identify any issues before clients are impacted.
• Automate the recurring tasks like Start ETL and Stuck dealer’s cleanups.
• Monitor the data loads to ensure completion and remediate issues (stuck, failures, etc.).
• Resolve Service Now tickets (Incidents and Requests) within SLA. Coordinate resolution of issues across multiple teams and lead the resolution.
• Schedule and monitor the ER Jobs On Pro Job scheduler.
• Test for bugs or missing functionalities after system migrations or deployments and support their resolution.
• Document processes, procedures and knowledge for recurring issues and procedures.
• Support development of new functionality and expanded user scope and complete ad-hoc requests.
• Involved in supporting the applications by performing health checks and responding to alerts, to ensure all the functionalities are working as expected.
• Reactively respond and lead the resolution of break-fix issues including on-call rotation support based on schedules defined in Pager Duty.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or two years of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Experience must include two years in each of the following:
