Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and technically strong IT Project Manager to support the development of a standardized, end‑to‑end documentation system for product launch processes. This role plays a critical part in building a single source of truth for complex workflows across the organization.

A core requirement for this position is extensive experience setting up, structuring, and managing Wiki‑style documentation pages (knowledge bases, Confluence/SharePoint Wikis, Markdown‑driven platforms, etc.). The ideal candidate not only has hands‑on experience building documentation environments but also understands how to create scalable, user‑friendly content structures that enable teams to easily navigate and maintain process information



Job Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a centralized documentation platform, including backend and frontend configuration and maintenance
• Convert existing documentation from various formats into Markdown and upload to the platform while troubleshooting formatting issues
• Review and audit existing process documentation across multiple sources to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and outdated information
• Conduct meetings with subject matter experts to validate current processes and gather missing details
• Develop and implement standardized documentation templates aligned with industry best practices
• Draft, update, and refine process steps, visuals, and guidance to ensure accuracy, clarity, and usability
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure documentation reflects the latest process improvements
• Manage multiple work streams including tooling selection, template development, current state assessment, future state definition, and gap analysis
• Deliver project milestones on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards
• Present findings and recommendations to project sponsors and steering committees
• Apply version control, metadata tagging, and process visualization techniques to enhance documentation accessibility

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with demonstrated ability to deliver multiple work streams on schedule
• Experience creating and managing knowledge‑base or Wiki‑style pages, including structuring content for clarity and ease of use
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with documentation tools and platforms, particularly Markdown
• At least 3 years of experience documenting complex, end-to-end business processes in launch, operations, or product environments
• Proven track record managing timelines and stakeholder feedback loops across cross-functional teams
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform systems environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field required
• MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
• Project Management Professional or Project Management Institute certification required
• Advanced proficiency in documentation platforms and Markdown formatting
• Expertise in version control systems, metadata tagging, and process visualization tools such as Visio
• Strong knowledge management and taxonomy design capabilities
• Ability to consolidate fragmented information from multiple sources into standardized formats
