Software Developer - Full Stack

Location:

Irving, TX (Hybrid) – Duration: 10+ months Contract

We are seeking an experienced AEM Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high‑performing digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with strong expertise in AEM, Marketo integration, modern image optimization (WebP), and AI‑driven SEO optimization. This role spans backend development (Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR), frontend engineering (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and integration with enterprise‑level systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to build modern, content‑driven solutions and support global digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows across Sites, Assets, and Forms.
  • Build and enhance web applications using AEM architecture including Sling, OSGi, JCR, and CRX repository.
  • Support authoring teams with AEM interface knowledge and ensure smooth content authoring workflows.
  • Develop backend logic in Java/J2EE, including APIs, integrations, and microservices.
  • Implement and support Marketo integrations with AEM, including forms, REST APIs, Munchkin tracking, lead capture, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Optimize digital assets and page performance through WebP image implementation
    , responsive images, lazy loading, and browser fallback strategies.
  • Apply AI‑powered SEO optimization techniques
    , including structured data (schema.org), automated metadata optimization, content recommendations, and internal linking strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Core Web Vitals
    , accessibility standards
    , and SEO best practices across AEM sites.
  • Implement responsive front‑end experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, with optional React capabilities.
  • Integrate AEM with third‑party platforms such as personalization engines, analytics tools, and internal systems.
  • Support multi‑site, multi‑language, and localization workflows for global digital rollouts.
  • Troubleshoot issues, debug complex code, and support QA teams during testing cycles.
  • Contribute to coding standards, documentation, and reusable component libraries.
