NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Technical Project Manager

• Brainstorming and planning the project execution and delivery
• Execution of each phase of the project
• Communicating with all stakeholders
• Project initiation and estimation
• Sound foundational knowledge of infrastructure and architecture
• Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms
• Preparing and sharing weekly Project status and reports to stakeholders
• Own planning, standups, demos, retrospectives, and the execution of your sprints.
• Remove blockers and always find the path forward in challenging situations
• Keep technical debt in check
• Ensure your system self-report breaches and understand root cause.
• Mentor and grow your people.
• Create an environment of individual accountability.

• Need 5+ Years of experience in data, data lake
• Need 5+ Years of experience in Spark, ETL eco system and JIRA tool
• Need 5+ Years of experience in good program management experience with skills in project initiation, estimation, and project structuring
• Need 5+ Years of experience in managing the lifecycle for a complex cross functional body of work that has a long-term positive impact on the company
• Need 5+ Years of experience to establish collaborative and productive relationships with product management, governance, UX design, vendors, and other supporting teams.
• Need 5+ Years of experience in define and organize the program, outline tenets, analyze data, drive performance improvements and influence resource allocation for all stages of execution (from ideation to delivery)
• Need 5+ Years of experience in fostering an environment of engineering excellence and innovation.
• Need 5+ Years of experience on working closely with development teams to build and launch new products, features, and programs

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Project, People & Time management skill
• Financial services & Data Governance experience
• Cloud & Snowflake experience

Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($55 - 60/hourly ) . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
