Maintain mandatory knowledge of BSS applications, including CRM, Product Catalog, Order/Fault Orchestration, and Engineering workflow management.
Apply expertise in Network OSS applications such as Service/Physical Inventory management, Configuration, NMS, and EMS.
Utilize knowledge of Test & Diagnostics applications, Network Performance Management (monitoring, data collection, and reporting), and Provisioning & Activation systems.
Manage operational stability through Incident and Change management systems.
Execute mandatory knowledge of CRM/BPM systems, with a specific focus on Salesforce and Service Now.
Demonstrate mandatory high-level understanding of functionality and topologies for Fibre access networks and Cellular Mobile products.
Take accountability for defining OSS/BSS solution designs that adhere to architecture standards, customer requirements, and contractual outcomes.
Apply desirable knowledge of Service Now modules, specifically CSM, ITSM, TSOM, and CMDB.
Implement CRM strategies within the Salesforce ecosystem to meet business objectives.
Evaluate internal functions, systems, and IT processes to identify improvements that support future Telco CRM strategies and goals.
Utilize telecoms, IT, and enterprise architecture best practice methodologies, including standard processes and data maps.
Provide technical specialist skills in software design and implementation for both cloud and on-premises systems architecture.
Ensure successful project delivery for multi-domain BSS/OSS solutions across the full lifecycle.
Conduct requirements gathering to create comprehensive BSS/OSS service and solution designs.
Develop integrated OSS/BSS solutions that align technical capabilities with business needs.
Define and articulate complex architectures clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Produce and support the production of High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), test plans, Deployment Guidelines, and TTO documentation.
Work in cross-functional delivery teams with partners and vendors to ensure solutions meet operational acceptance criteria and are delivered on time.
Collaborate closely with Network Design, Systems Development, Testing, E2E Solution Architects, and Operations teams.
Implement technical solutions using APIs, TMF Frameworx, Microservices, UML, TOSCA, Net Conf/YANG, CI/CD, and REST/Webservices.
Apply advanced functional domain knowledge in Network Service LCM, Network Orchestration/MANO, Telemetry/RCA 5G, AI/ML, or OTT.
Ensure the delivery of all solutions conforms strictly to contractual outcomes and project timescales.
Support Programme and Project Managers in project planning, risk and issue management, and the budgeting process.
Develop and support proposals related to Service Fulfilment and Service Assurance.
Lead and mentor a technical team of at least four members to ensure delivery excellence.
Possess at least 10+ years of experience in senior network engineering or architectural roles within a service provider or large enterprise environment.
Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) architecture, including the deployment and management of vManage, vSmart, and vBond controllers.
Exhibit hands-on experience designing and deploying network infrastructure across public clouds (AWS, Azure) and private virtualization platforms (VMware, Open Stack, KVM).
Maintain a deep technical mastery of Service Provider hardware, specifically Cisco ASR9k and Juniper MX series routers using IOS-XR and Junos OS.
Show a proven ability to lead high-compliance projects, specifically those requiring FedRAMP High or similar federal security authorization.
Apply advanced automation skills using REST APIs and Python to integrate SD-WAN management with external business or operational systems.
Have extensive experience with diverse transport technologies, including MPLS, 10G Layer 2 circuits, and 5G (SA and mmWave) connectivity.
Provide evidence of performing as a top-tier technical escalation point (Tier
4) for complex, large-scale network production issues.
