Title: LoanIQ Production Support Analyst
Client: One of our large Banking clients
Location: Hybrid – Irving, TX
Onsite expectation: 3 days onsite per week / 2 days remote
Pay range: $65–$68+/hr
Contract Length: 12+ months

Responsibilities- Provide technical support and guidance to users and stakeholders regarding the Loan IQ platform.
- Troubleshoot complex LoanIQ system issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintenance procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Strong front‑end LoanIQ knowledge.
- Operations knowledge.
- Service Now experience.
Ticketing: Service Now and Jira
Ideal Candidate- Does not need prior production support experience, but must have deep front‑end knowledge of LoanIQ through extensive daily use.
- Be an out‑of‑the‑box thinker, tinkerer, and problem solver.
