The HR Digital Solutions Analyst plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the digital capabilities within the Human Resources function. This role is responsible for analyzing HR technology platforms, providing insights for continuous improvement, and ensuring the effective use of technology to optimize HR operations and the overall employee experience.
This position owns support cases from intake through resolution, working independently or in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and IT teams as needed. The Analyst will also contribute to system testing, knowledge documentation, and technology rollout initiatives. Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with product engineering, HR stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to support and maintain HR technology platforms.
- Support the development of technology roadmaps aligned with business and HR strategic objectives.
- Provide analytical support for evaluating and enhancing the HR technology ecosystem.
- Analyze processes and recommend improvements for automation practices, standards, and performance metrics.
- Maintain and monitor automation solutions to ensure reliability and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools for internal stakeholders.
- Partner with internal customers to define project requirements, scope, and success criteria.
- Participate in technical discussions to provide insights that support solution design and decision-making.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, testing, and ongoing support of HR technology solutions.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR systems and digital solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience supporting digital solutions, learning management systems, document management systems, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting project management efforts and delivering technology initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence preferred.
- Experience in data analysis, process improvement, and enterprise software applications.
- Exposure to programming or scripting languages such as Java, .NET, or Python is a plus.
