LoanIQ Business Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a LoanIQ Business Analyst to join their team. As a LoanIQ Business Analyst, you will be part of the Loan Accounting Product group supporting Commercial Banking. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: LoanIQ Business Analyst

Location: Irving, TX

Pay Range:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Systems Consulting.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Systems challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations by understanding policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate strategically with client personnel to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.
• Support Agile development processes by writing user stories, grooming, and providing development support.

• 3-5+ years of front-end experience with Loan IQ or similar loan management systems.
• Experience gathering and writing functional requirements, including user stories and grooming.
• Agile Business Analyst experience, with exposure to SDLC processes.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Background in Business Systems Data or Design, with a strong understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance.
