Our client is embarking on a multi-year digital transformation to modernize and unify business systems across a rapidly growing, acquisition-driven organization. This is a brand-new leadership role and a true right-hand partner to the CIO. You will shape enterprise ERP strategy across a complex, multi-brand manufacturing environment and lead the consolidation of numerous legacy platforms into a streamlined, future-ready ecosystem.

This role calls for a strong operator and strategic thinker who can influence across 12 business lines, align executive stakeholders, and drive meaningful change in a highly visible environment.

• Location: Irving, Texas (onsite 4 days per week)
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about a base of about $185k annually plus bonus & benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Define and execute a multi-year ERP strategy and roadmap across a complex, multi-system manufacturing landscape
• Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, rationalization, and modernization initiatives, driving consolidation from numerous platforms to a streamlined future state
• Manage and scale four teams totaling approximately 20 professionals across functional, solution, integration, data, QA, and change disciplines
• Partner closely with executive leadership, including the CIO, CFO, EVP of Operations, and CEO, to align on priorities, trade-offs, and ROI
• Lead M&A technology diligence and integration efforts, including Day 1 and Day 100 readiness, ERP integration strategy, and process harmonization

What Gets You the Job:

• Extensive ERP leadership experience in manufacturing environments, including large multi-site implementations
• Hands‑on expertise with SAP or Epicor, plus experience across multiple ERP platforms such as Dynamics, Infor, Sage, or similar
• Proven M&A integration experience, including diligence, ERP integration or carve-outs, and data migration
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence diverse business units and drive enterprise-wide buy-in
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on delivery, governance, and disciplined program management
