This role will lead McKesson's enterprise program to modernize operations through AI, data, and digital innovation across both corporate functions and business units. The leader will own stewardship of AIM
28, which is McKesson's multi-year AI-enabled transformation strategy focused on advancing patient outcomes, improving employee experience, and modernizing business operations through FY28. The leader will drive clear program communications, track initiative-level business value, and provide transparent updates to senior leadership while partnering closely with Finance, Technology, Business Units, and Change Management to ensure sustained impact and adoption.

• Strategic Leadership & Transformation:
  Direct large‑scale AI Big Bets and AIM
  28 programs aligned with enterprise strategy and modernization priorities.
• End-to-End Value Enablement:
  Govern AIM
  28 program execution with standardized planning, communications, and value tracking.
• Establish High-Performance Delivery Structure:
  Lead a matrixed transformation team and coach senior program leaders.
• Change Management & Communication:
  Drive enterprise-wide AIM
  28 change management and executive-ready communications.
• Measure & Communicate Impact:
  Own AIM
  28 performance reporting, KPIs, and leadership dashboards.

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field, Master’s or PhD preferred.

13+ years leading strategy and delivery of data and analytics initiatives, with extensive experience in digital transformation.

• Build trust and maintain strong internal and external relationships to advance organizational goals.
• Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide transformation and modernizing operations.
• Influence and manage stakeholder expectations; collaborate to create shared objectives and surface risks.
• Solid technical foundation in data and analytics, identify high‑value opportunities and translate into measurable outcomes.
• Communicate complex findings clearly, craft compelling narratives and visualizations for executive audiences.
• Delegate effectively, empower teams, and coach for professional growth.
• Adapt positively to change, learn new approaches and adjust behaviors for efficiency.
• Self‑direct work through goal setting, time management, and systematic planning.
• Apply critical thinking to identify root causes, develop timely solutions, and objectively assess options.

• Experience in driving change through data and analytics driven programs in large enterprise settings.
• Hands‑on data, analytics and/or AI experience.

• Traditional office environment, majority of time spent on computer-based work.
• Minimal travel may be required for leadership meetings and enterprise reviews.
• Hybrid or in-office presence required 2‑3 days in Las Colinas HUB.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
