We are seeking a Senior Service Now SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Developer with deep expertise across ITSM and ITBM/SPM modules. This role will be responsible for designing, building, and enhancing Service Now solutions that drive business value, with a strong emphasis on engineering excellence, scalability, and user experience.

• Design, develop, and enhance Service Now solutions across ITSM and ITBM/SPM, leveraging 3–4+ years of specialized experience in SPM modules.
• Configure and customize Service Portal components, including widgets, UI scripts, and integrations using REST APIs.
• Work hands‑on with multiple Service Now modules such as CSM, HRSD, APM, and others as needed.
• Apply strong knowledge of core Service Now administration, including ACLs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and platform configuration.
• Develop solutions aligned with engineering best practices; conduct peer code reviews; and contribute to coding standards and governance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, demonstrating analytical and methodical problem‑solving capabilities.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, contributing proactively to design decisions and solution architecture.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, demonstrating strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and a customer‑first approach.
