IT QA Tester / Automation, Systems Analyst
A leading financial services organization is currently seeking a QA Automation Engineer to support a multi-year, enterprise IAM transformation initiative. This role will contribute to the buildout of a next-generation internal platform, which will serve as the centralized “front door” for identity and access management across the enterprise. The QA Engineer will focus on building and expanding automated testing capabilities within a modern React and Python/Django environment, ensuring quality and reliability as the platform scales to support thousands of applications and over 200,000 employees.
This is a high-visibility program supporting a custom-built application that will replace legacy provisioning systems and integrate with SailPoint for entitlement management. The QA Automation Engineer will work closely with technical leads across two Scrum teams in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
This role will require someone to work onsite 3 days a week in Irving, TX.
Contract Duration: 12 months
Required Skills & Experience- 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium for automated testing
- Experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks
- Experience testing modern web applications (React or similar front-end technologies)
- Ability to work from Jira requirements and execute independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within Scrum teams
- Experience testing applications in Python/Django environments
- Experience working in enterprise or large-scale application environments
- Exposure to CI/CD integration for automated test suites
- Familiarity with API testing
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
