Required Skills:

* The SQL Server DBA (Lead Database Administrator) will be the go-to person for managing and supporting Microsoft SQL database systems for our clients.

* This individual will attend project meetings, gather and document infrastructure and security requirements, and work well in a collaborative environment.

* Key responsibilities include client technical support issues, problem-solving, proactive identification of improvement opportunities, incident management, building and supporting Windows Failover Clusters, performance monitoring, and maintaining high availability and disaster recovery support.

* Experience with SQL Server version 2016 and higher, Azure, Power Shell scripting, and ticket tools like JIRA and Service Now is also required.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
