We are currently seeking a Conversational AI Developer with NLP to join our team in Irving, Texas (US‑TX), United States (US).

• Conversational AI Development Architect and design scalable, robust conversational AI solutions (chatbots, IVR, voice assistants) using the Kore.ai platform.
• Develop API integrations and server‑side logic using Node.js and Python.
• Implement natural language processing, NLU capabilities, including intent recognition, entity extraction, and context management. Techniques and machine learning algorithms (e.g., Tensor Flow, spaCy) to enhance bot intelligence.
• Utilize Mongo
  
  DB to store and manage conversation data and user context.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and deploy AI bots across various channels (voice/chat).

• 5+ years of experience with NLP.
• 3+ years of expert knowledge in the Kore.ai platform and NLP, NLU, and machine learning algorithms.
• 2+ years of experience with Python, Java scripting, and Node.js.

• Strong experience in Mongo
  
  DB.
• Experience in working as part of scrum team with knowledge of related ceremonies.
• Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch) to optimize and fine‑tune NLP models.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills for mentoring junior developers.
