Job Summary The Infrastructure Senior Technology Analyst is a key intermediate-level role responsible for optimizing Citi’s technology infrastructure across various applications and platforms. Leveraging strong technical and analytical skills, you will collaborate globally with technology leaders and teams to enhance infrastructure products and services, lead new projects, and deliver impactful results. This position requires solid expertise in infrastructure support and maintenance.##

Key Responsibilities
* ** Infrastructure Optimization & Delivery:**  + Lead initiatives to optimize technology infrastructure, focusing on efficiency, resilience, and scalability.  + Drive the delivery of key projects, managing planning, coordination, and ensuring successful outcomes.  + Oversee work planning, task management, and coordination in JIRA, including sprint planning and daily operations.
* ** Data Analysis & Business Intelligence:**  + Perform advanced data analysis, database management, and create impactful data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau.  + Identify and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess performance, analyze trends, and inform strategic business decisions.  + Develop business intelligence insights on operations and project portfolio delivery.
