As a QA Analyst, you’ll optimize quality assurance processes to enhance software performance and reliability. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure comprehensive performance testing, documenting results, and maintaining high standards for software quality and user satisfaction.
This is a full‑time, hybrid/remote (4 days on‑site/1 day remote) position located in Irving, TX.
COMP: Up $100K depending on candidate’s experience, etc.

- Execute end‑to‑end testing across IT initiatives, from planning through release.
- Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, estimates, test cases, and scripts.
- Design and perform integration and system testing for complex applications.
- Collaborate closely with QA, Development, Environment teams, and Business partners to ensure smooth delivery.
- Support test planning, execution, defect tracking, and status reporting for program‑level efforts.
- Identify, triage, and help resolve quality issues and defects.
- Execute application test cases and support issue remediation through resolution.
- Create and maintain clear, useful documentation, including process flows, data models, diagrams, and technical guides.
- Partner with Business Analysts and Developers to define test scenarios and validate application functionality.
- Assist with UAT preparation and execution, and support the transition to Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).
- 7‑10 + years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience with Dev Ops practices, performance testing, and validating cloud‑based applications in Azure, including testing of integrated services and system dependencies.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain ideas and issues.
- Clear and effective written communication, producing documentation that’s easy to follow.
- High problem awareness, spotting issues early, and taking action to solve them.
- Strong deductive reasoning, applying logic and best practices to testing challenges.
