iRely is expanding and we are hiring experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead and oversee ERP software implementation projects from start to go-live. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering ERP implementations on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and risk assessments, to ensure successful ERP implementation.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Technical Leadership: Collaborate with technical teams to configure, customize, and integrate ERP systems according to client requirements, ensuring seamless implementation.
• Scope & Change Management: Define project scope, monitor deliverables, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and client stakeholders, to achieve project goals. Communicate and collaborate with offshore implementation teams.
• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, control costs, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
• Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and promptly address challenges to minimize project disruptions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes.

• Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on ERP software implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP).
• Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and data migration. Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and system integrations is a plus.
• Customer Interfacing: 2 to 3 years’ implementation experience working directly with customer technical teams.

  Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) Jira, and will utilize internal Project Management Tools.
• Experience: in Accounting or Fin Tech software application is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Customer facing and technical communication, organizational, and leadership abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% to client sites nationally.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters, MBA preferred.
• Bilingual: Spanish a plus, but not required.
