IT Project Senior Tech Lead - Senior Vice President

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement AI/ML models:
  Develop and deploy machine learning algorithms and neural networks to solve complex business problems, and integrate them into new or existing software applications.
• Data Management and Processing:
  Work with large, complex datasets to prepare, clean, and preprocess data for training and evaluating AI models, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Collaboration and Prototyping:
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to prototype, test, and refine AI-powered features and solutions.
• Provide expertise in projects managed and demonstrate an advanced level of understanding of the principles of data management and IT project leadership.
• Stay current with AI trends.
• Directly impacts the business through contribution to technical direction and strategic decisions for IT project leadership.
• Influences and negotiates with senior leaders (across functions); may communicate with external parties.
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within technology to achieve technology objectives.
• Responsible for resource management and allocation of work; acts as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts.
• Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding stakeholders by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

• 10+ years experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
