This role is a perfect fit for someone who loves systems, process optimization, and seeing how a high‑growth SaaS business operates from the inside.

Key Responsibilities 1. Enablement Systems, Tools & AI Optimization
  • Support administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including content uploads, user management, and troubleshooting
  • Assist in maintaining content organization to ensure materials are easily searchable and accessible
  • Help build and maintain a centralized prompt library for enablement content creation (training materials, communications, decks, FAQs)
  • Refine and organize prompts to improve consistency, quality, and reusability across the application
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation to streamline repeatable tasks and improve team efficiency
  • Assist in creating lightweight workflows and templates that reduce manual effort in content development
2. Program Operations & Coordination
  • Coordinate onboarding and training logistics, including scheduling, calendar invites, communications, and materials distribution
  • Support execution of recurring enablement programs such as Monthly Product Launch Previews, Office Hours, and training sessions
  • Assist in preparing and organizing session materials, including decks, resources, and supporting documentation
  • Provide live session support (Zoom setup, breakout rooms, recordings, and post‑session distribution)
  • Maintain training schedules, trackers, and program documentation to ensure consistency and visibility
3. Data, Reporting & Insights
  • Pull and analyze training data, including completion rates, engagement, and assessment performance
  • Assist in building dashboards that connect enablement activity to business outcomes
  • Support collection and analysis of learner feedback
  • Help compile insights and summaries to inform program improvements and internal updates
Cross‑Functional Support
  • Support coordination across Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams for launches and key initiatives
  • Assist in tracking deliverables, timelines, and dependencies for enablement programs and toolkits
Requirements
  • Current Student or Recent Graduate, preferably in Business, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field
  • Tech‑Fluent:
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) is a must, and good exposure using AI tools to automate manual processes
  • Quality Assurance: A proven track record of high‑stakes proofreading or auditing digital assets (e.g., slide decks, email campaigns, or databases) for accuracy
  • Process‑Oriented:
Enjoy creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and finding more efficient ways to do things
  • Interest in SaaS: A genuine desire to learn the mechanics of how a Software‑as‑a‑Service company scales
Why Join Us?
  • Real Impact:
At $80M ARR, your work will be seen and felt by hundreds of employees
  • Mentorship:
Work directly with Enablement leaders who have "been there, done that"
