Our client is seeking a Systems Administrator to join their team. As a IT Asset Manager, you will be part of the IT Operations team supporting infrastructure and end-user systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT Asset Manager

Pay rate: $57 - $60/hr. on w2

Work schedule (days & time): 8:30 - 5 CST (can be flexible based on user location)

Location:
Irving TX - Flexible to work remote / hybrid / onsite

Duration: 12+ months with highly possible extension / conversion

What's the Job?
  • Manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware systems.

  • Ensure the stability, security, and performance of all IT systems and services.

  • Implement and maintain system updates, patches, and configurations to optimize performance and security.

  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades and deployments.

What's Needed?
  • Proven experience in system administration, with a focus on infrastructure support.

  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and operating systems.

  • Experience with system automation and scripting tools is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
