Kelly is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to join their innovative global bank in Irving, TX. This contract role offers a strong possibility of extension and requires a hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days onsite weekly. You will be responsible for guiding software teams on Agile principles, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and removing impediments. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years as a Scrum Master, a relevant degree, and a recognized Scrum Master certification.
Strong knowledge of Jira and excellent communication skills are essential.
