Job Description

Provide high‑quality machine learning systems for training, inference, monitoring, and iteration. Design and develop scalable, reliable ML/LLM solutions across data pipelines and deployment pipelines. Work independently and collaboratively within a team to deliver AI products in a financial context.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience designing and developing scalable and reliable machine learning systems for training, inference, monitoring, and iteration.
Strong background in ML/DL/LLM algorithms, model architectures, and training techniques.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, PySpark, Tensor Flow or other analytical/model‑building programming languages.
Proficiency with tools and LLMs.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills

Experience in GenAI/LLMs projects.
Familiarity with distributed data/computing tools (e.g., Hadoop, Hive, Spark, MySQL).
Background in financial business‑like banking, risk management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience in STEM

Good to have

Working experience with Gemini LLM
Hands‑on knowledge in machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Keras
Hands‑on knowledge on NLP
Understanding of model deployment and containerization (Docker).
Understanding of version control systems (Git).
Awareness of AI compliance, data privacy, and responsible AI principles

Salary Range: $90,000 to $115,000 per year
