Data Analyst, Data Science Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a central data strategy that supports the organization's growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.
Assess and improve data and analytics infrastructure, platforms, and solutions that enable data collection, storage, management, accessibility, and usability across the organization.
Establish and maintain data quality standards, policies, and procedures that ensure data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and consistency.
Foster a data-driven culture and empower business leaders and stakeholders, providing them with data and insights that support decision‑making, strategy, performance, and measurable business outcomes.
Oversee data governance and security function, and ensure compliance with data privacy, ethics, and regulations.
Manage and mentor the data and analytics team, providing guidance, direction, and support for their professional development and career growth.
Collaborate with the C‑suite and other senior leaders to identify and prioritize data and analytics opportunities, challenges, and needs, and provide strategic recommendations and solutions.
Leverage CRM data and analytics to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty, and enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Implement and maintain a Customer 360 view that provides a comprehensive and unified understanding of the customer across all touchpoints and channels.
Leverage emerging technologies (AI/ML) and advanced analytics to generate predictive insights and recommendations that enable sales and service teams to work smarter and faster for their customers.
Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data and analytics, evaluating and adopting new tools and methods as appropriate.
Demonstrated expertise in enterprise data strategy, management, and governance, CRM systems, tools, and best practices, with a proven ability to leverage CRM data and analytics to drive measurable business outcomes.
Strong knowledge and skills in data operations, data quality, data analytics, data governance, and data security.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate complex data and analytics concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and analytical skills, and ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations and solutions.
High level of creativity, innovation, and curiosity, and passion for data and analytics.
Experience in leading and managing data and analytics teams and developing and retaining talent.
Experience in working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders and building strong relationships and partnerships.
