Position Summary
Project Manager / Delivery Lead responsible for coordinating and facilitating delivery routines such as kick‑offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.; planning and coordinating delivery and dependencies across multiple teams; supporting Enterprise Change Management Standards; program‑level status reporting and key control indicators; facilitating dependency, risk and impediment removal; promoting communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timelines;
gathering status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership; ensuring execution is aligned with deliverable requirements; ensuring compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards; supporting resource planning for delivery and execution; maintaining accountability and ownership with minimal guidance.
- Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery, e.g., kick‑offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
- Support Enterprise Change Management Standards.
- Provide program‑level status reporting and key control indicators.
- Facilitate dependency, risk management and impediment removal.
- Promote communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timelines.
- Gather and facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks/issues and schedule.
- Ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
- Support resource planning for delivery/execution.
- Maintain accountability, ownership and self‑sufficiency with minimal guidance.
- Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
- Strong strategic thinker with proven ability to execute.
- Superior communication skills; ability to navigate a matrix management model and influence across multiple organizational levels.
- Strong relationship management and organizational skills and ability to identify and prioritize workload.
- Willing and able to work after hours when required to support multiple time zones.
- Acts as the project subject matter expert to support delivery deadlines, governance routines, cross‑project dependencies and budget.
- Formally manages change controls for scope, schedule and budget targets to adhere to Change Management policies.
- Ability to convey complex information concisely.
- Support program management tools and techniques in alignment with the Change and Project Management Framework.
- Ability to interact with business leaders, external vendors and internal technology groups.
- Extensive experience in process release management.
- Knowledge of Agile and waterfall software delivery methodology.
- Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business, including cross‑functional or inter‑departmental implications.
- Process‑oriented; able to navigate policies and procedures.
- Experience with JIRA, ALM, NEXUS, etc.
- PMP Certified and Certified Scrum Master desired.
- Prior Financial Services experience.
Contract position based out of Irving, TX. Hybrid workplace.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 – $57.00 per hour. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
