Splunk Dynatrace Production Support Engineer

As an Accenture Flex employee, you will apply your skills and experience to help drive business transformation for leading organizations and communities.

• Develop alerting and application dashboards using Splunk and APM tools such as Dynatrace.
• Implement synthetic and business process monitoring tools such as Site Scope, Glassbox, and Catchpoint.
• Utilize ticketing systems like Remedy or Service Now.
• Work with Windows and Linux systems.
• Use AGILE toolsets (JIRA, Bit Bucket, Confluence) and follow AGILE methodology.
• Perform shell scripting and system administration on Linux/Windows.
• Engage in debugging and analysis activities.
• Communicate and drive vendors, system administrators, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions collectively.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience developing alerting and application dashboards using Splunk and APM tools such as Dynatrace.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience implementing synthetic and business process monitoring tools such as Site Scope, Glassbox, and/or Catchpoint.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with agile methodology.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Splunk Architect.
• Associate Degree.

This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days a week on‑site in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX.

Compensation ranges approximately $50 to $53 per hour based on location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
