Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Bravotech, a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation services, is seeking a talented Senior AI Developer with a strong Microsoft Azure stack background for a premier client. This role is ideal for a hands‑on Technical Lead and AI Engineer who can design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions while partnering closely with business stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions, including predictive analytics, generative AI, NLP, automation, and optimization platforms.
• Build production‑grade AI pipelines from data ingestion through model deployment, monitoring, and drift detection.
• Develop and fine‑tune LLM‑based applications, including RAG architectures, copilots, AI agents, and prompt engineering solutions.
• Write high‑quality, maintainable Python code and implement enterprise‑grade AI engineering best practices.
• Implement MLOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, monitoring, governance, and automated retraining.
• Deploy AI solutions across Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments.
• Ensure security, explainability, compliance, and responsible AI standards are embedded into all solutions.
• Optimize AI workloads for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.

• Translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solution designs.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and IT to identify high‑value AI opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, and architecture whiteboarding discussions.
• Communicate AI concepts, model outputs, and technical tradeoffs clearly to non‑technical leadership.
• Define ROI metrics, business value, and success measurements for AI initiatives.
• Mentor junior developers and promote AI best practices across teams.

• Senior Developer / Technical Lead experience
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Hands‑on experience with ML frameworks including PyTorch, Tensor Flow, or scikit‑learn
• Experience with LLM ecosystems including OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, Lang Chain, and vector databases
• Strong understanding of data engineering and scalable architecture principles
• Experience deploying AI solutions using Azure ML, AWS Sage Maker, Vertex AI, or similar platforms
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders
• Experience implementing enterprise AI governance frameworks
• Experience with AI copilots, intelligent automation, or decision intelligence platforms
