Senior UX Researcher – FinTech & Enterprise Impact

Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills

• 5–8 years of UX research and product experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proven ability to independently lead end-to-end research, from scoping and design to execution and reporting.
• Experience working with B2B/corporate clients or within regulated industries.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional and senior stakeholder groups.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate complex problems into clear research plans and questions.
• Familiarity with usability, accessibility standards, and compliance considerations.
• Proficiency with tools such as User Testing, Qualtrics, Figma, or similar platforms.

• Domain knowledge or strong interest in banking, treasury services, payments, or financial operations.
• Experience working in Agile and/or design thinking environments.
• Understanding of corporate banking KPIs (e.g., straight-through processing, turnaround time, operational risk).
• Interest or experience in leveraging AI in UX research workflows.

• Lead and execute end-to-end UX research initiatives across the product lifecycle (discovery to post-launch).
• Plan and conduct mixed-method research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations that inform product strategy and design decisions.
• Partner with Product, Design, Content, and Engineering teams to frame problems, test concepts, and iterate solutions.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and competitive analysis.
• Develop personas, journey maps, and research artifacts to guide experience strategy.
• Communicate findings through clear narratives, presentations, and reports to influence stakeholders.
• Ensure research aligns with data privacy, regulatory, and compliance standards.
• Maintain and contribute to a centralized insights repository to support data-driven decision-making.
• Define and track UX and business KPIs to measure impact and success of solutions.
