Talend Developer - Tech Lead - Primary:
Talend Data Integration, Informatica, PL SQL
Secondary:
Oracle, Linux scripting
Irving, TX – Onsite
Contract
Key Responsibilities- Define migration architecture, standards, and conversion strategy for Informatica to Talend.
- Analyze Informatica mappings, workflows, and dependencies; design equivalent Talend jobs/joblets.
- Lead automated and manual ETL conversion, remediation, and refactoring where required.
- Establish data validation, reconciliation, and audit frameworks; manage parallel runs.
- Optimize Talend jobs for performance, scalability, and operational stability.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hyper‑care.
- Act as ETL migration SME; guide developers and review deliverables.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Informatica Power Center / IDMC.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Talend Data Integration.
- Proven experience in large‑scale ETL migration or modernization programs.
- Advanced SQL and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and performance benchmarking.
