Digital QA Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated B2C Digital QA Engineer with strong experience in end-to-end testing of mobile applications and web platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless customer experiences across digital touchpoints while working in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, UX teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases at speed.

• Perform end-to-end functional testing across B2C mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web applications
• Validate customer journeys including onboarding, authentication, checkout, payments, promotions, and account management
• Execute regression, smoke, integration, and UAT testing for frequent releases
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with business requirements
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, or similar
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to quickly resolve issues in a rapid deployment environment
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Support release validation and production verification
• Continuously improve QA processes and test coverage

• Experience in B2C digital testing (mobile and web platforms)
• Strong expertise in end-to-end testing methodologies & Strong with SQL
• Hands‑on experience testing native mobile apps (iOS/Android) and responsive web applications
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong understanding of customer experience flows and digital commerce journeys
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, high‑change environments
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• API testing experience using Postman or similar tools
• Performance and load testing knowledge
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
