Manage a team of ~30 cybersecurity professionals (onshore, offshore, and remote) and collaborate with a broader Information Security team of ~100 members;
Operate in a matrixed organization and build strong relationships with IT and business units;
Develop and mature a Threat Intelligence program to support security operations;
Mature and operationalize the Incident Response program and maintain a 24x7x365 SOC;
Ensure SOC tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR) are effectively deployed and aligned with industry frameworks
