Technical Project Manager
Location:
Irving, TX (Hybrid-3 days in office)
Duration: 12+ Months
Consultant Type: W2 only; OPT not eligible
Job Description:
Required Skills – Technical Project Manager 4 (Contingent)
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong experience in Project Management within large-scale enterprise environments, preferably in the banking or financial services domain
- Solid understanding of data platforms and associated technologies (data warehouses, data lakes, ETL pipelines, data governance frameworks)
- Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) pipelines and Dev Ops practices
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technology, data engineering, and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex, data-driven initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (data analysis, reporting), PowerPoint (executive presentations), and Word (documentation)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
- Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications
- Prior experience managing data transformation or data migration projects
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
