Key Responsibilities:

* As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

* Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

* Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Copilot is required. Advanced proficiency in AI Agents is recommended.

* Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, and Engineering Support is suggested.

* Develop a deep understanding of system components to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues.

* Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices.

* Contribute to the design and implementation of improvements that enhance system reliability and performance.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of business-critical applications.

* Analyze recurring problems and propose innovative solutions to prevent future incidents.

Client requires people to work onsite 60% (3 days) and 40% remotely (2 days) per week. Also, 5 days of Time Away are mandated per calendar quarter.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

* Minimum 5 years of work experience.

* Minimum 3 years AI Agent

* Minimum 3 years Co Pilot

* Minimum 3 years Cloud Experience 3

* Minimum associate's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bank Experience

* Strong Software Engineering experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
