Salary: $56.71 - $69.53 per hour

8am to 5pm

Education:

Bachelor's

• Design, build, and optimize advanced Python-based automation logic, complex workflows, and orchestration components across distributed systems.
• Architect and scale modular, highly reusable automation frameworks and services that eliminate redundancy and accelerate delivery across teams.
• Act as the primary code reviewer for the automation domain, enforcing PEP 8 standards, robust testing methodologies, and architectural best practices.
• Serve as the internal SME, providing strategic technical direction on automation strategies, tooling choices, and system integrations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation bottlenecks and mentor mid-to-junior engineers to elevate the overall team technical baseline.

• Background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Contributions to open-source Python libraries or automation projects.
