Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in BFS domain focusing on business and data analysis to support banking and financial services projects.< <
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with key stakeholders to gather analyze and finalize business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and obtaining formal signoffs from approvers. Translate business requirements into detailed Business Requirement Documents BRD and Functional Requirement Documents FRD to support development and implementation activities. Facilitate and drive project meetings with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of project milestones.
Perform data analysis to ensure data quality validate accuracy and confirm correct calculation of business outputs and reports. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing UAT with business users and QA teams to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and expectations.<
Collaborate with Onsite and Offshore teams to successfully execute Business Analyst responsibilities across the project lifecycle from initiation to post-implementation support.<
Conduct business and data analysis for both new requirement development and ongoing production support ensuring continuous improvement and system stability.< < <
Required Skills
Qualifications:

Good understanding of Retail Banking products and domain concepts.<
Experience working as a Techno-Functional Analyst or in a similar role.<
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle SDLC methodologies.<
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and interpret large datasets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.<
Working knowledge of SQL with hands on experience in querying and data validation.<
Understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and ETL Extract Transform Load processes.<
Knowledge of software testing concepts including support for UAT.<
Ability to clearly understand and communicate business domain concepts to both technical teams developers testers and nontechnical stakeholders.< < <
Certification: IIBA Certification is mandate Irving - Texas - USA5 - 8 Years
