Responsibilities
  • Ensures a data‑driven approach to prioritise “building the right thing” that maximises results for both end users and internal business partners.
  • Relentlessly focused on ongoing measurement and optimisation of digital experiences that support seamless self‑service and human‑assisted customer interactions.
  • Advocates for reusability of capabilities to drive cost‑effective scale and speed to market.
  • Leverages market and competitive insights, customer needs, and internal business priorities to establish a digital product vision.
  • Defines the best‑in‑class, future‑state user‑experience journey and the role of experience in delivering competitive differentiation.
  • Aligns the digital product vision across other enabling functions to establish an integrated delivery roadmap.
  • Regularly re‑evaluates priorities during planning to optimise capacity against user and business value creation.
  • Leverages OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to drive roadmap priorities.
  • Integrates digital products, platforms and capabilities to drive business value through an enhanced user experience.
  • Advocates for the reusability and modernisation of digital platforms and capabilities across the enterprise to improve speed to market, operational efficiency and risk/compliance adherence.
  • Drives digital product development by actively managing the roadmap through the agile delivery lifecycle.
  • Leverages Discovery to evaluate the best, most valuable ideas with customer‑centric skill sets.
  • Enables the cross‑channel strategy (web, mobile, voice, in‑person, etc.) by delivering integrated digital solutions that drive adoption, engagement and growth across both digital and human customer interactions.
  • Identifies initial and ongoing digital product‑market fit through partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver best‑in‑class research deliverables such as research briefs, personas, story maps, prototyping, product chartering, and mapping experiences.
  • Develops a north‑star metric (NSM) to connect business outcomes to customer value and unify the team and stakeholders against a singular goal.
  • Continuously measures actual results against target NSM to manage performance and drive progress against product vision and strategy.
  • Leverages NSM and leading indicators to optimise execution and ensure teams remain focused on the highest‑value work.
Data Product Role Responsibilities
  • Data Foundation Development (30%):
    Build and maintain the underlying data foundation and pipelines required to evaluate all new features developed within Corporate Digital. This includes identifying data fields required, designing scalable data pipelines, and implementing data quality checks to ensure consistent reporting and performance measurement.
  • New Data Source Integration (20%):
    Develop and implement new data sources—especially for Client Lifecycle Management and other key feature areas—by collaborating with development teams to identify instrumentation needs, define data capture logic, and ensure integration with data platforms.
  • Cross‑Functional Data Product Development (20%):
    Collaborate with EAA, Product, and Development teams to build reusable data assets and reporting products. Activities include gathering and refining requirements, leading data discovery and validation efforts, performing QA, and managing UAT and production deployment.
  • Executive Reporting and Presentation Development (10%):
    Build automated reporting dashboards and data visualisations to support business reviews and go‑to‑market meetings. Ensure output is aligned with business priorities and easily consumable by executive stakeholders.
