The Work:
* Lead the Oracle Application Management Services (AMS) team to plan, construct, and execute release tests.
* Apply AMS methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics for test execution and defect resolution.
* Utilize business and functional knowledge to meet overall AMS objectives.
* Coach and advise AMS team members to ensure high-quality delivery and team performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on AMS goals and objectives.
This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa.
Qualification
Here's what you need:
* A minimum of 10 years of Oracle Application Management Services (AMS) experience
* A minimum of 5 years of experience leading global teams (on-shore/off-shore)
* A minimum of 2 years of experience with Oracle Core HR
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
