Migration Support for LOBs
- Partner with Lines of Business (LOBs) to analyze, plan, and migrate legacy solutions including Info Path forms and SharePoint Designer workflows to the Nintex K2 Five platform.
- Provide technical guidance, remediation support, and best practices to ensure successful migration and modernization of business processes.
- Prioritize migration efforts in alignment with Microsoft's end-of-life timelines for Info Path and SharePoint Designer.
- Maintain and support the Engineering and Development Nintex K2 Five environments, ensuring stability and readiness for solution development and testing.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and SQL teams to coordinate:
- Server provisioning
- Firewall and access configurations
- Load balancing and service account setup (as needed)
- Validate and monitor environment health, connectivity, and user access.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of Nintex K2 Five components:
- K2 Application Server
- Smart Forms
- Smart Objects
- Workflow Server
- Configure service connections, licensing, and role-based access.
- Integrate Nintex with the existing SharePoint Server Subscription Edition (SE) environment.
- Provide ongoing support for engineering environments, including:
- Testing and validation of patches, updates, and new feature releases
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution in collaboration with Operations
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation on architecture, versioning, and system changes
- Work closely with Engineering, Application, and LOB teams to support solution delivery and platform adoption.
- Document:
- Installation and configuration procedures
- Known issues and workarounds
- Migration strategies and lessons learned
- Provide handoff documentation and knowledge transfer to Operations and LOB stakeholders as needed.
The pay range for this position is $60.00‑$72.00/hr.
