Job Summary
Seeking a Specialist with 7+ years of experience in Oracle database administration and expertise in ORAAS Server
Job DescriptionManage and maintain Oracle database environments ensuring high availability and performance. Administer ORAAS Server. Utilize AWS Database Services for cloud based database deployments and management. Implement database security measures to protect data integrity and access. Perform routine database maintenance tasks including patching, upgrades, and backups. Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues to optimize system efficiency. Collaborate with cross functional teams to support application database requirements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for database configurations and procedures.
Install, configure, and maintain Oracle database management systems. Ensure database performance, availability and security standards are met. Perform database tuning and optimization to enhance performance. Monitor database health and implement corrective actions as necessary. Manage database access controls and permissions. Develop, test, and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans. Ensure data integrity and compliance with security protocols. Collaborate with developers to design and optimize database schemas.
Provide support and training to users and stakeholders on database related topics.
