The Content Practice, within the Marketing pillar of Song, partners with clients to capture, create, produce, and localize content efficiently and capabilities span content consulting and transformation (operating model and technology roadmap design), production and post‑production, and globally scaled, technology‑powered managed services across the content lifecycle for a Communications client.
About the Role
* We are seeking a Manager, Generative AI & Content Transformation to join our Content workstream, supporting Communications client. This leader will help shape how GenAI is applied to modernize content operations, improve workflows, and enable next‑generation marketing and customer communications.
* The ideal candidate brings Communications and/or adjacent industry experience, combined with in‑house agency or content studio experience, GenAI fluency, consulting experience, and a strong understanding of digital and content operations at scale.
* This is not an AI engineering role. It is a client‑facing role for someone who can translate AI capabilities into business‑ready solutions and confidently guide teams and senior stakeholders.
* As a Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor-leading components of solution development and playing a hands‑on role in delivering tailored, high‑impact client solutions for a Communications client.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement, Delivery & Growth
* Serve as a trusted advisor and primary engagement lead for a Communications client, translating GenAI concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
* Lead and support delivery of content automation and GenAI initiatives-including pilots, POCs, and scaled implementations-across marketing, digital, and customer experience use cases for the client.
* Partner closely with near‑shore and offshore teams to enable delivery, optimize ways of working, and drive transformation outcomes.
* Identify opportunities to expand GenAI‑enabled content and marketing solutions within the client engagement.
* Support business development activities related to the Telecommunications account, including RFP responses, proposal development, solutioning, and case studies.
* Contribute to thought leadership, client workshops, and strategic planning discussions focused on GenAI and content transformation for Communications.
Team Leadership & Ways of Working
* Lead cross‑functional teams across strategy, content, technology, and scaled delivery operations supporting the Communications client.
* Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning.
* Apply a working knowledge of Agile and iterative delivery methodologies to structure work and drive results across complex, client‑centric engagements.
Content Automation and GenAI - Consulting & Delivery
* Maintain a strong conceptual understanding of GenAI and automation capabilities across the content technology ecosystem as applied for a Communications client.
* Evaluate and differentiate major platforms and tools (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Writer, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager).
* Rapidly assess emerging AI tools and recommend solutions aligned to the client's needs, including data, security, and scalability considerations.
* Translate AI and GenAI concepts into clear, client‑friendly language for stakeholders across marketing, digital, IT, and customer experience teams.
* Stay ahead of trends in AI, content technologies, and next‑generation marketing within the Telecommunications landscape.
