Responsibilities
  • Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
  • Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
  • Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
  • Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skills and Experience
  • The position will be responsible for defining and governing the full testing lifecycle across SIT, regression, E2E, UAT, data migration validation, and cutover for large‑scale Oracle Retail transformation programs.
  • The selected candidate will collaborate with business, functional, and engineering teams to translate merchandising processes into comprehensive test scenarios, manage large, distributed QA teams, and ensure quality, readiness, and defect‑free delivery across MFCS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM, RICS, and downstream systems.
  • Candidate must have expertise in test planning, scenario design, test execution, CRP validation, integration testing, and defect governance.
  • Candidate must have a proven ability to lead large QA programs for Oracle Retail Merchandising transformations.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience with RMS to MFCS migration testing, brownfield coexistence, phased rollouts, and large‑scale parallel runs.
  • Exposure to Azure Integration Services, API Gateways, or cloud‑based integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, OATS, or TOSCA for retail applications.
  • Experience handling complex multisystem E2E testing covering OMS, WMS, POS, and eCommerce integrations.
  • Knowledge of microservices and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) from a testing perspective.
  • Understanding of MFCS, RDS, merchandising data flows (items, suppliers, POs, costs, pricing, inventory).
  • Ability to manage multivendor distributed testing teams and operate effectively in a global delivery model.
  • Retail domain certifications are a plus.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
